You can come to any day-events but non-members must register their details with the regional organiser, for insurance and safeguarding purposes, at a cost of £2. Under 16’s must be accompanied by a parent, or adult in loco parentis. You can come to two day-events a year as a day visitor but after that we expect you to take up our good value membership. Membership includes being advised of forthcoming events, subscription to our members’ magazine Signals, our junior member magazine The Outlaw and our publication Mixed Moss which has many interesting articles about all things Ransome. You will also find out about trips to Ransome related places, such as in 2020 our August camp on Coniston Water and our trip to Ransome’s Russia.
Some events are free to members, others involve payment.
