How to submit content to this site
Some basic information about how to upload content to this site
The website is based on a Content Management System called Plone. The base principle is that many cooperating users should be able to work together to contribute content to a website without relying on any one person to do all the work.

If you have relevant articles or information, please contribute!
To add a new page or news item;
- Log in
- Click on 'my folder'
- Click on 'add to folder' and select the type of item to add
- Enter the details as requested and click save
- Click in the State link in the top right and click on Submit
- The state will remain as Pending until the system administrator has approved (or rejected) your submission
Notes
- There is no need to inform the system administrator of your submission, they will see it once you have submitted it
- If your submission is approved, the system administrator will link into the page as appropriate and you will see the state of your submission change to Published
- If your submission is rejected, the state of your submission will change to Rejected and hopefully you will receive an email telling you why it has been rejected
- Your submission may be amended or corrected by the system administrator prior to submission
- You be able to modify your document after it has been published, however in order to do this you must first Retract it, then make the changes, then Submit it again once the changes are complete.
