A visit to the new home of the library in Dumfries, with talk form the chair of the Peter Pan Moat Brae Trust, buffet lunch, and visit to Moat Brae garden, where J.M. Barrie was inspired with the idea for Peter Pan. The plan of the Trust is to open a Centre for Children's Literature when the house is restored.
Event Spring Sailing Day (Southern Region) (Bexleyheath, London, from Apr 14, 2012 10:00 AM to Apr 14, 2012 04:00 PM)
Last year’s event was a success, with seventeen members enjoying sailing tuition in a variety of dinghies at Danson Park in Bexleyheath, London. We intend to sail again on 14th April 2012. The group’s total cost is £184, to be split equally between everyone. Thus, the more the merrier/cheaper! Please book in advance with Iain Khan-Gilchrist on iainkg@gmail.com or 0208 852 0385.
