Booking at the Hydro, for the 2012 IAGM

I seem to have accomplished this.

I tried the web site booking - no dates in May, June, July available.

Send email from their website, requesting a booking, with a note that it's for the Arthur Ransome Society IAGM.  The reply- no rooms available.

Send email to Bill Johnson.

Receive email from the Hydro that they CAN take my booking, asking for confirmation.

I confirm by email, saying that they have my details from the original request.

Two consecutive emails: they don't have my cc details, then they do have them and the booking is made.

I think they probably have it sorted now.  Mentioning TARS instead of the Arthur Ransome Society might have helped, but I suspect they've made the connection now.
